Making a game in C from scratch! Ep 14: [Implementing Sound Effects, Finishing the Mixer, Game Feel]
Hello friends!
Today was great! The game is now actually solid (nice visuals, nice sound, nice feel)! We have come a long way in this series where we create a game in C from scratch!
In this stream, we solved a lot of mixer bugs and now it is really cool! Not only the sounds are perfect, we have a lot of features to use to make the game sounds something special! And that is what we also did: we implemented a bunch of sound effects, tweaked them and the system to improve the gameplay (and I daresay it improved A LOT!).
If you want to see how all this was made (as well as the though process behind it), be sure to watch this live stream!
You can also watch ALL of the development process, starting will a blank file!

Since the game is still in development, you can catch me live here on Twitch! https://www.twitch.tv/danzaidan
In the next stream, we'll add UI to the game and start expanding the gameplay!
