Making a game in C from scratch! Ep 06: [Gameplay Debugging and Improvements]
Hi all!
We've been adding a lot of crazy gameplay ideas in the past couple of live streams, so this time around, we took a step back and solidified what we created as well as chased down and solved a ton of bugs that piled up as we did the gameplay experimentation.
The game really started to shine, as we finished all the mechanics, and improved the ones that were there.
We also added a console logger that prints messages on the screen so that it's easier to debug the game. That turned out pretty nicely!
If you want to watch this stream (as well as the other ones, ever since square one), go to my Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/DanZaidan
If you want to catch me live, ask questions and help me make this game the best it can be, follow me on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/danzaidan
Next time, we will focus on the "game feel" making the game nicer to control and more spectacular! :D
Hope you are enjoying it!
